What if I wanted to return the item? (Returns and Refund)

– You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the post without a tracking number.

– We will not be held responsible for loss of items due to inaccurate shipping address.

I received damaged items what do I do?

Oh no 🙁 we sorry to hear that. Here’s what you need to do:

– You must notify us of any damaged items within 3 working days of receiving your order. Email us at

– Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval to replace or refund the item.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are only processed during working days (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm GMT).

Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to see typical delivery times for your location once you
enter your delivery address at checkout. Typically, it is between 7-14 days if
outside of UK.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

How much will I be charged for customs tax?

If the items are shipped from within the EU, there are usually no custom clearance fees across the EU. This however may change after Brexit, in which case, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.
