We love animals and stand for their rights. No animal products are part of our manufacturing including the synthetic leather.

What if I wanted to return the item? (Returns and Refund)

With our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee you can be sure that returns are easy,
to make a return simply email us at sales@thestationerycompany.co within 14 days of purchase date. Use the contact form below to make it easier for yourself.

Please note: Always put subject line as order number and reason e.g. 4253/Return, 4253/Damaged

– You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

– We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We are not responsible for any loss of items in the post without a tracking number.

– We will not be held responsible for loss of items due to inaccurate shipping address.

I received damaged items what do I do?

Oh no 🙁 we sorry to hear that. Here’s what you need to do:

– You must notify us of any damaged items within 3 working days of receiving your order. Email us at sales@thestationerycompany.co

– Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval to replace or refund the item.

Do you ship internationally? (Delivery)

Yes, we do and It’s FREE too.

What payments methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are only processed during working days (Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm GMT).

Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

How long does shipping take?

You will be able to see typical delivery times for your location once you
enter your delivery address at checkout. Typically, it is between 7-14 days if
outside of UK.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Please give a few days for your order to arrive as international orders might experience delays due to custom clearance and/or local mailing service delays. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks of ordering. Please contact us immediately at sales@thestationerycompany.co

How much will I be charged for customs tax?

If the items are shipped from within the EU, there are usually no custom clearance fees across the EU. This however may change after Brexit, in which case, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
